True Loan Cost is a subsidiary of  Creditxp Inc. which has designed credit and mortgage underwriting software for years and designed the TLC program to give borrowers the ability to take control of their loan process.

Credit Integration
Our credit software allows borrower to pull a credit report from within the system so that they can see and review the credit report used to make the loan decisions. If the information reported by the credit bureaus in not correct borrowers can dispute the information right from the system. The credit dispute software has been used by Fortune 300 Companies like DR Horton, funding over $1 Billion in loans for consumers that had inaccurate information reported by the bureaus keeping them from obtaining a loan.

Underwriting Interface 
The TLC system interfaces with FHA and Fannie Mae Government Loan Transaction format for loan submission to Government Underwriting Service for fast and accurate loan decisions resulting in quicker closings and savings which are passed on to our borrowers.

Preliminary Closing Costs
We upload data from 295 million property ownership records in over 1400 counties to create preliminary closing cost for our borrowers. Calculating the property taxes owed, escrow charges, appraisal fees, attorney fees and title fees for you to review prior to committing to the loan. We make sure our borrowers have no surprises and are satisfied with the decision they are making before closing at the click of a mouse.
